This policy describes how we handle two kinds of information: (a) item and pricing information read through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) after authorization; and (b) contact information you submit through this website or email.

仅在卖家或品牌方授权范围内，通过官方 Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) 读取：

Only within the seller or brand authorization, we read the following through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API):

  • 商品信息（Catalog）：关键词搜索结果、ASIN、标题、主图、类目、BSR 等商品公开信息。
  • Catalog: keyword search results, ASIN, title, main image, category, BSR, and related item information.
  • 定价（Pricing）：公开价格、竞争价等定价信息。
  • Pricing: listed price, competitive price, and related pricing information.

我们不通过 SP-API 申请或使用订单履约、买家消息、广告投放、税务发票，也不获取买家个人身份信息 (PII)。我们不以爬虫、非官方插件或其他非官方方式作为亚马逊信息来源。

We do not request or use order fulfillment, buyer messaging, advertising, or tax invoicing through SP-API, and we do not obtain buyer personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use crawlers, unofficial plugins, or other unofficial methods as a source of Amazon information.

上述亚马逊信息仅用于选品咨询，以及为咨询团队提供系统级技术支持。我们不将其用于广告投放、订单处理或与选品无关的数据产品。

Amazon information described above is used only for product-selection consulting and system-level support for the consulting team. We do not use it for advertising, order processing, or data products unrelated to selection consulting.

仅授权内部人员，以及为该客户提供服务的顾问可以访问。默认不向外部方共享，不出售，不提供给无关第三方。若后续合同另有书面约定，以该合同为准；本网站默认口径为「不对外共享」。

Only authorized internal staff and advisors serving that client may access the data. By default we do not share it with external parties, do not sell it, and do not provide it to unrelated third parties. If a later written contract states an exception, that contract governs; this website's default statement is "no external sharing".

SP-API 应用凭证、刷新令牌与访问令牌只存放于受控环境（本地或我们控制的服务器）。它们不进入公开代码仓库，不硬编码在本网站、前端脚本或公开文档中，也不对外共享。授权结束或撤销后，停止调用并按最短必要期限删除或停用相关密钥材料。

SP-API application credentials, refresh tokens, and access tokens are stored only in a controlled environment (local systems or servers we control). They are not placed in public repositories, not hard-coded in this website, front-end scripts, or public documents, and not shared externally. After authorization ends or is revoked, we stop calling the API and delete or disable related key material after the shortest necessary period.

Language preference is stored in your browser localStorage for Chinese/English switching. If you submit the contact form, we process the name, company, email, topic, and message you provide in order to reply. This site does not use advertising pixels and does not collect buyer PII.

Amazon item and pricing information related to a consulting engagement is kept for the shortest period needed for that engagement. Website contact records are kept for communication and compliance. You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of contact information you submitted.

我们不出售通过 SP-API 获得的数据，不提供数据转售服务，不把这些数据做成面向无关第三方的订阅或数据包。

We do not sell data obtained through SP-API, do not offer data-resale services, and do not package this data as a subscription or dataset for unrelated third parties.

我们采用访问控制、受控部署与最小权限原则处理 SP-API 数据与凭证。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。如发生可能影响您的安全事件，我们将使用已掌握的联系方式通知相关方。

We apply access control, controlled deployment, and least privilege to SP-API data and credentials. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident that may affect you occurs, we will notify relevant parties using the contact details we have.
