SKU探长提供：(1) 亚马逊选品咨询；(2) 基于 Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) 的系统级技术支持，供咨询团队在受控环境中查询商品目录与定价信息。

SKU探长 provides: (1) Amazon product-selection consulting; and (2) system-level technical support on Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), so advisors can query Catalog and Pricing information in a controlled environment.

3. 角色与数据边界

3. Role and data boundary

当前系统支持仅覆盖：

Current system support covers only:

  • 商品信息（Catalog）：关键词搜索、ASIN、标题、主图、类目、BSR 等。
  • Catalog: keyword search, ASIN, title, main image, category, BSR, and related item fields.
  • 定价（Pricing）：公开价格、竞争价等。
  • Pricing: listed price, competitive price, and related price fields.

本服务不包含订单履约、买家消息、广告投放、税务发票、买家 PII 处理、爬虫采集或数据转售。

The service does not include order fulfillment, buyer messaging, advertising, tax invoicing, buyer PII processing, crawling, or data resale.

4. 可接受使用

4. Acceptable use

您同意仅将本服务用于合法的选品咨询与内部系统支持，并遵守 Amazon Selling Partner API 的开发者协议、数据保护政策及适用法律。您不得：

You agree to use this service only for lawful selection consulting and internal system support, and to follow the Amazon Selling Partner API developer agreement, data protection policy, and applicable law. You may not:

  • 要求我们使用爬虫、非官方插件或非官方接口获取亚马逊信息。
  • require us to obtain Amazon information via crawlers, unofficial plugins, or unofficial interfaces;
  • 将 SP-API 数据用于与选品咨询无关的对外数据产品、转售或公开传播。
  • use SP-API data for external data products, resale, or public distribution unrelated to selection consulting;
  • 尝试获取买家 PII，或把本服务用于骚扰买家、操纵评价、欺诈性 listing。
  • attempt to obtain buyer PII, or use the service to harass buyers, manipulate reviews, or create fraudulent listings;
  • 公开存放、转发或硬编码 SP-API 凭证。
  • store, forward, or hard-code SP-API credentials in public locations;
  • 干扰 Amazon 服务、规避授权或超出已申请角色的数据范围。
  • interfere with Amazon services, bypass authorization, or exceed the data scope of the requested roles.

5. 客户授权

5. Customer authorization

若系统支持需要连接您的 Amazon 卖家账户，您应通过官方授权流程授予必要、最小范围的权限。您可随时在 Amazon 侧撤销授权。撤销后，我们将停止相关 API 调用。

If system support requires connecting your Amazon selling account, you must grant the necessary, minimum-scope permissions through the official authorization flow. You may revoke authorization on Amazon's side at any time. After revocation, we will stop the related API calls.

本网站上的商品表、价格与 BSR 示例均为「示例 SKU / 示意数据」，不是真实客户数据。咨询交付物中如出现月销、需求或类似数字，属于模型估算，不是亚马逊官方销量字段，不构成业绩保证。

Item tables, prices, and BSR examples on this website are "Example SKU / Schematic" and are not real customer data. If monthly sales, demand, or similar figures appear in consulting deliverables, they are model estimates, not Amazon official sales fields, and they are not a performance guarantee.

选品咨询提供专业判断与可核验信息的整理，不保证上架结果、排名、利润或「爆款」。我们不声称本服务等同于任何第三方选品软件。

Selection consulting provides professional judgment and organized, verifiable information. It does not guarantee listing outcomes, rank, profit, or bestsellers. We do not claim this service is equivalent to any third-party selection software.

Amazon、Amazon Selling Partner API 及其他 Amazon 标识归其权利人所有。SKU探长是独立服务，不是 Amazon 的关联公司，也未获得 Amazon 对选品结果的背书。

Amazon, Amazon Selling Partner API, and other Amazon marks belong to their owners. SKU探长 is an independent service, is not an Amazon affiliate, and is not endorsed by Amazon for selection outcomes.

9. 责任限制

9. Limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本网站或咨询建议而产生的间接损失不承担责任。具体项目的责任范围以双方书面合同为准。

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or consulting advice. Liability for a specific engagement is governed by the written contract between the parties.

我们可更新本条款，更新后的版本发布于本页。若您违反可接受使用规则，或 Amazon 撤销相关 API 访问，我们可以暂停系统支持。

We may update these terms. The updated version will be published on this page. If you violate acceptable use, or if Amazon revokes related API access, we may suspend system support.
